Key Features

End cutting, flaring, and beveling are performed sequentially on a single platform with a servo-indexed rotating arm. Each hydro-formed copper tee exits the machine with all three ports trimmed, expanded, and beveled — ready for brazing or assembly with no downstream rework required.

A Mitsubishi servo motor drives the 4-station rotating arm through ±360° of travel at ±0.01 mm positioning accuracy. This ensures each tee fitting is aligned identically at every station, producing uniform port dimensions critical for leak-free HVAC and refrigeration joints.

With 12–15 second cycle times and automatic suction-cup feeding, the machine delivers 2,400–2,800 finished tee fittings per shift. Operators set parameters on the Mitsubishi HMI and monitor output — no manual part handling is needed between stations.

The 100 kN master cylinder and three independent 37 kN extrusion cylinders operate at up to 20 MPa, providing sufficient force to expand and bevel copper tube ends without cracking or wall thinning. The Taiwan-sourced hydraulic system paired with a 7.5 kW motor and 36 L/min oil pump maintains stable pressure across continuous production runs.

Every control and motion component is specified for durability: Mitsubishi PLC and servos, OMRON limit switches, IDEC/Siemens buttons and relays, NSK bearings, and AIRTAC pneumatics.
