Key Features

Designed to handle G550-grade steel — one of the hardest commercial coil grades — at thicknesses from 0.35mm to 1.2mm. This range covers the most common edge protector specifications used in coil packaging, ensuring the machine serves multiple product SKUs without tooling changes.

The forming rollers are machined from Cr12MoV cold-work die steel, a material chosen for its high hardness, wear resistance, and dimensional stability. This translates directly to longer intervals between roller replacement and more consistent part geometry across production runs.

Three standard roll diameter configurations — 1300mm, 1600mm, and 2000mm — let operators match the machine to the coil sizes they handle most frequently. This flexibility reduces the need for additional equipment when processing mixed coil inventories.

At just 1100×800×1000mm, the machine occupies minimal floor space and can be positioned inline with decoilers, slitters, or packaging stations. Installation is straightforward with standard 380V/50Hz power, and voltage customization is available for export markets.

Material guides and roller gaps are mechanically adjustable, enabling quick setup changes between different strip thicknesses and protector profiles. This keeps changeover time short and reduces reliance on specialized technicians for routine production shifts.

We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.

Standard delivery is within 10-35 working days after receiving the down payment, depending on the machine model and customization requirements.
