The BOHD-1250 accepts workpieces from 150 mm to 1250 mm in diameter and forms galvanized steel up to 3.0 mm, cold-rolled steel up to 3.0 mm, and stainless steel up to 2.0 mm. One machine replaces multiple setups, simplifying production planning when your product mix includes different fan sizes and material grades.

The hydraulic system maintains even pressure throughout the flanging stroke, eliminating the thin-spot deformation and edge cracking that can occur with mechanical or pneumatic drives. The result is a clean, dimensionally stable flange ready for assembly without secondary rework.

Operators set the flange height anywhere between 10 mm and 40 mm through a simple adjustment, matching the exact profile needed for gasket seating, bolt connections, or slip-fit joints. No die changes are required, so switching between product specifications takes minutes rather than hours.
