Key Features

The eccentric riveting principle applies radial force around the rivet centerline rather than direct axial impact. This ensures the rivet fills its hole uniformly — no bending, no mushrooming beyond spec, and no warping of the joined workpieces. The result is a flush, repeatable joint that meets tight assembly tolerances.

A single setup covers solid rivets from 3 to 12 mm and hollow rivets from 3 to 25 mm, with maximum rivet lengths up to 230 mm. This eliminates the need for multiple dedicated machines when your product mix includes different fastener types and sizes.

Working pressure is settable between 20 and 70 kg/cm², scaling up to a peak of 2,800 kg/cm² for heavy joints. Combined with a 0–10 second adjustable riveting time, operators can match force profiles to specific materials — from thin aluminum brackets to thick steel flanges — without trial-and-error.

The foot pedal trigger frees both hands for part alignment, reducing misfeeds and rework. A compact control panel with clearly marked indicators keeps setup straightforward, while the 150 × 240 mm work table and 195 mm throat depth give adequate clearance for common sub-assemblies.

The 380 V motor transmits power through a rigid coupling to the spindle, backed by a self-contained hydraulic unit with integrated reservoir. This eliminates external hydraulic line runs, reduces leak risk, and simplifies maintenance to standard fluid and seal checks.

Technical Specifications

The motor transfers power to the spindle through a coupling, and the hydraulic system drives the pistons down the spindle. When the riveting head contacts the rivet, the riveting head rotates around the center line of the rivet. At the same time, the riveting head rotates under the action of tangential force.

The eccentric riveting method makes the deformation of the rivet conform to the natural deformation law of the metal. After riveting, the rivet almost has no bending, thick and other phenomena, and the parts connected with the rivet also has no deformation.
