The coaxial horizontal-opposed pump design ensures both A and B components are displaced at identical volumes regardless of orientation or viscosity differences. A fixed 1:1 ratio is maintained mechanically, eliminating ratio drift that compromises polyurea film integrity. Pressure overload protection switches on each pump circuit provide automatic emergency stops if system pressure exceeds safe limits.
Each material circuit is heated by an independent all-aluminum block fitted with 8 heating bars totaling 9,000W per side (18 kW combined). Digital temperature controllers with real-time display, measurement, and over-heat protection keep material temperature within the required processing window. This thermal capacity is particularly valuable on outdoor winter projects where ambient temperatures would otherwise raise material viscosity beyond sprayable range.
The full-hydraulic system uses imported motor and pump components as its core, delivering single-material output pressure up to 26 MPa. An integrated radiator prevents hydraulic oil from overheating during extended operation, preserving seal life and maintaining consistent pump efficiency across multi-hour spray shifts.
With heated hose support up to 90 meters and a compact 1,100 × 700 × 1,400 mm footprint, the BDF-V is built for site work on roofs, tank interiors, tunnels, and pipelines. The 380V three-phase power configuration (38A × 3 + 16A) is compatible with standard industrial site power supplies, minimizing setup complexity.
The pneumatic cleaning system continuously circulates solvent through pump seals on the isocyanate side, preventing the crystallization buildup that is the most common cause of metering pump failure in polyurea equipment. Reduced seal abrasion extends part life and lowers the total cost of ownership over the machine’s service life.

We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
Standard delivery is within 10-35 working days after receiving the down payment, depending on the machine model and customization requirements.
