The system regulates adhesive temperature to within 0.1°C across a range up to 200°C. This tight control prevents carbonization—a common cause of nozzle clogging and weak bonds—reducing material waste and unplanned downtime.
Rather than keeping a large volume of adhesive at temperature continuously, the machine melts glue as needed. This preserves the adhesive’s bonding properties, cuts energy consumption, and minimizes residual waste left in the reservoir between production runs.
With support for 1–2 insulation pipes and spray guns, operators can configure the machine for single-line application on smaller filter elements or dual-line application for larger frames and higher output, without additional equipment.
All parameters—temperature setpoints, spray duration, gun selection—are managed through a full touch panel built with proven industrial-grade components. The interface reduces training time and allows quick changeover between filter product types.
The electrical and mechanical sections are physically separated inside the ventilated steel enclosure. This layout shields sensitive electronics from adhesive fumes and heat while giving technicians clear access to pumps, hoses, and nozzles for cleaning or replacement.
Technical Specifications
The filter element works near the car engine. High-speed engines generate high temperatures, and the temperature passing through the filter element is as high as 80 degrees. This requires the filter element to withstand high and low temperatures.
