Horizontal axial fan flange forming machine(BOHC-1250)

The horizontal axial configuration supports the full weight of the workpiece across the machine bed, preventing gravity-induced distortion that vertical machines can introduce on large-diameter parts. This results in uniform flange profiles from the first piece to the last in a production run.

With capacity for 1.5–4mm steel and diameters spanning 300–1250mm, a single BOHC-1250 replaces the need for multiple dedicated machines. Adjustable flange height (15–50mm) and width (15–45mm) cover the most common fan casing joint specifications used in commercial and industrial HVAC manufacturing.

The integrated gearbox and dual-motor system (3kW primary, 2.2kW secondary) provide smooth, high-torque rotation that maintains forming pressure even at maximum material thickness. Mechanical drive components are easier and less costly to maintain than hydraulic alternatives in dusty factory environments.

Forming roller positions are set via precision handwheels, allowing fast changeovers between part sizes without specialized tooling or software. Operators can fine-tune flange dimensions in minutes, keeping downtime between batches to a minimum.

At 2,100kg with a 2,900 × 1,500 × 1,600mm footprint, the machine is engineered for rigidity under sustained daily operation. Powder-coated steel construction and hardened forming rollers resist wear, corrosion, and the demands of multi-shift production schedules.
