The integrated hot-melt glue system applies adhesive at precise intervals during forming, eliminating a separate manual gluing step and the labor it requires. An automatic counter records finished pairs in real time, giving operators accurate production data for quality control and order fulfillment.

Operators can configure handle height (100/110/120 mm), patch width (30–40 mm), patch length, and middle distance to produce handles that fit a range of paper bag sizes — from retail shopping bags to premium gift packaging — without retooling the entire machine.

The drive system uses a Rexroth frequency inverter for stable speed control under continuous load, NSK bearings at all critical rotation points, and magnetic powder brakes for precise tension regulation on unwind stations. These components reduce unplanned maintenance and extend machine service life.

At 4,300 × 1,300 × 1,600 mm and approximately 2,500 kg, the machine occupies a manageable floor area while maintaining the structural rigidity needed for high-speed operation. The enclosed sheet-metal body contains noise and protects operators from moving components.
