Key Features

A servo motor paired with a precision gearbox drives the wire feed, achieving a cutting tolerance of ±0.5mm per meter across a programmable length range of 100–5000mm. This level of repeatability reduces downstream reject rates in condenser assembly.

The TECO inverter provides continuously adjustable operating speed from 0 to 150m/min, giving operators full control to optimize throughput or slow the line for tighter tolerance work without mechanical changeovers.

Multiple sets of straightening rollers on both horizontal and vertical axes remove residual coil curvature from the incoming wire. The result is consistently straight wire segments that sit flush against condenser tubes during subsequent welding operations.

The Delta PLC and KINCO touchscreen interface allow quick setup of cut length, feed speed, and batch count. Stored programs enable fast changeover between different condenser models, minimizing downtime on multi-product lines.

An automatic stop engages when the straightening unit cover is opened, and a no-wire alarm halts the machine if the feed is interrupted. These features protect both the operator and the tooling, preventing blind cuts and material waste.

Technical Specifications
