The JLC21-45T press delivers 450 KN of nominal force through a 42CrMo crankshaft (ground finish) guided by special copper guidelines, maintaining tight dimensional tolerances even at the upper end of its 120–200 SPM range. This consistency is critical for fin patterns where louver angle and collar height directly affect heat exchanger efficiency.
From the aluminum foil uncoiler through the precision press to the dual-position vacuum collector, every stage operates under coordinated Omron PLC and touchscreen control. The system monitors material feed, oil supply, and stacking position in real time — triggering automatic warnings and stops before faults generate scrap or cause mechanical damage.
The hydraulic rapid-die changing device and hydro-lifting slide allow a two-person team to swap die sets quickly, minimizing the downtime that typically accompanies product changeovers. With 300+ mould sets available from NTBOBO, manufacturers can run diverse fin specifications on a single line.
Every wear-critical and control-critical component is sourced for longevity: NSK bearings, NAK oil seals, Ompi clutch, MAC electromagnetic valves, and Schneider electrical protection. The hydraulic overload system adds a further layer of protection, automatically relieving excess tonnage before it reaches the frame or tooling.
Double connecting electromagnetic valves (Japan TACO), overload pressure protection (Taiwan Kingair), and clearly marked emergency stops create multiple layers of operational safety. The touchscreen interface centralizes monitoring and adjustment, reducing the number of manual interventions required during a production run.

Standard delivery is within 10-35 working days after receiving the down payment, depending on the machine model and customization requirements.
