The pneumatic motor uses a bi-directional air valve design that delivers smoother, more stable reciprocation than electric-drive alternatives. This makes the BDF-II well suited to dusty, wet, or power-limited job sites where electric motors risk overload or tripping.
Stainless-steel metering pumps maintain an accurate 1:1 volumetric ratio between polyol and isocyanate components. Consistent ratio control translates directly into uniform cell structure, predictable R-values, and less material waste per square meter of applied foam.
The main unit heats raw materials through separate aluminum block heaters rated at 8 KW total, while each hose is independently heated using wrapped-in-line technology. Digital temperature readouts and overload protection let operators dial in exact material temperatures up to 90 °C, ensuring proper viscosity even in cold-weather spraying.
At 150 kg with four casters, the machine rolls through doorways and onto elevators. It requires only single-phase 220V power and a shop-grade air compressor — no hydraulic power pack, no three-phase transformer, and no forklift to move between spray locations.
An onboard DOP solvent tank feeds directly into the pump lines for quick flushing after each spray session. The stainless-steel pump cylinders resist chemical corrosion, reducing the frequency of seal replacements and unplanned downtime.
