The automatic hoop-arm adjustment eliminates manual mechanical repositioning, so operators can switch between cable specifications with minimal downtime.
The touch-screen HMI provides clear visualization of machine status, parameter settings, and production counts. Recipes for different cable sizes can be stored and recalled, reducing setup errors. The interface is designed for operators with basic training to run production independently.
An automatic error detection system identifies faults in real time and triggers both on-screen warnings and the multi-color stack light tower. This prevents defective output from continuing down the line and gives maintenance teams immediate diagnostic information to reduce repair time.
The machine frame and enclosed base cabinet are built from painted steel, housing all electrical and mechanical components in a protected environment.
