Key Features
The machine handles the entire cable lug production sequence — copper tube feeding, stamping, and hole punching — in a single integrated unit. A vibratory bowl feeder and precision feeding tracks orient and deliver blanks to the rotary indexing table without operator handling, reducing labor requirements and cycle-to-cycle variation.
At 13 pieces per minute and a cylinder operating frequency of 10–15 strokes per minute, the machine sustains steady output across full shifts. A documented pass rate of ≧98% means fewer rejects and lower per-piece cost, which is critical for high-volume electrical connector production.
Twin 7,500W oil pump motors supply two 30-ton hydraulic cylinders, delivering the force needed for clean copper tube stamping and consistent hole punching. This dual-motor configuration distributes thermal load and extends component service life during continuous operation.
A Mitsubishi PLC coordinates all machine axes while a Mitsubishi servo motor positions the rotary indexing table with repeatable accuracy. The Pro-face touch screen provides a clear interface for recipe storage, cycle monitoring, and fault diagnostics — reducing setup time when switching between lug sizes.
Measuring just 1 × 1.25 × 1.5 m and weighing 600 kg, the enclosed machine fits into existing production lines with minimal floor-space commitment. Safety guarding and an enclosed processing area protect operators while keeping maintenance access straightforward.
