FN Seam Welding Machine

Continuous resistance seam welding for leak-proof galvanized and stainless steel joints.

Industrial resistance seam welding machine engineered for high-volume sheet metal fabrication facilities. Four model configurations (FN-35 through FN-100) handle galvanized and stainless steel from 0.4-2.0mm thickness with currents up to 26,000A for consistent leak-proof joints.

Overview Points

Multi-Model Range

Four configurations (FN-35, FN-55, FN-75, FN-100) handle 0.4-2.0mm galvanized and stainless steel

Variable Speed Control

Adjustable welding speed 0.5-3 m/min for precise heat input control across material thicknesses

High Current Capacity

Maximum welding current 6,200-26,000A delivers consistent penetration for leak-proof seams

Pneumatic Electrode Pressure

Up to 1,000 KGF pneumatic pressure ensures firm contact, reducing spatter and improving uniformity

Extended Arm Reach

600mm welding arm accommodates tubular, conical, and container parts without repositioning

Dual Welding Modes

Continuous and pulse welding modes selectable for material type and production requirements

Compact Design

1,800×610×1,930mm footprint, 328-478kg weight allows existing production line integration

Water-Cooled Electrodes

6-8 L/min cooling system extends electrode life during extended production runs

Key Features

Switch between continuous seam welding and pulse welding directly from the control panel. Continuous mode maximizes throughput on standard galvanized steel, while pulse mode reduces heat distortion on thinner stainless steel sheets — no tooling changes required.

Air-driven electrode force up to 1,000 KGF keeps roller electrodes firmly seated against the workpiece throughout the weld path. This eliminates inconsistent contact pressure that causes burn-through or cold joints, especially on curved and cylindrical parts.

The 600 mm arm length across all four models allows operators to weld inside ducts, tanks, and sealed containers without interference. The 80 mm stroke provides clearance for loading and unloading parts quickly between cycles.

From 45 KVA on the FN-35 to 110 KVA on the FN-100, each model targets a specific thickness range. This means buyers invest only in the capacity they need — a workshop welding 0.4–1.0 mm duct seams does not pay for a 2.0 mm-capable power supply.

Water-cooled electrodes maintain stable operating temperatures during high-duty-cycle production, reducing electrode wear and unplanned downtime. The uniform machine dimensions across the range simplify factory layout planning whether upgrading from a smaller model or running multiple units in parallel.
