Coaxial accuracy of ≤ 0.1 mm, transposition accuracy of ≤ 0.1 mm, and shaft accuracy of ≤ 0.08 mm produce tightly wound, concentric multi-layer cores that deliver reliable torque transmission across the full operating bend radius of the finished flexible shaft.

A high-precision servo motor paired with a reducer provides stepless spindle speed adjustment from 60 to 800 r/min, giving operators the flexibility to optimize winding tension and pitch for each layer without mechanical gear changes.

The machine arranges large shaft-making discs in a linear layout and small wire-drawing discs in a circular equidistant layout, creating a streamlined flow from raw wire payoff through winding to finished coil take-up — all within a single integrated line.

Fixtures and dies are center-adjustable, and the special-structure quick-release clamp allows mold changes in minutes rather than hours, reducing non-productive time between batch runs.

Viewing windows on each protective hood let operators visually inspect the winding process in real time, while signal light towers display machine status at a glance and an alarm device alerts staff to faults or completed cycles immediately.
