Flexible Aluminum Duct Making Machine

Interchangeable molds allow quick changeover across diameters from 80mm to 600mm. The machine accepts aluminum foil, metalized PET film, and PVC strip in widths of 35–50mm, with wire diameter options from 0.8mm to 1.4mm — enabling a single machine to serve multiple product lines and end-market specifications.

With a forming speed range of 1–35 m/min, operators can optimize throughput based on duct diameter and material type. The synchronized dual-feed system ensures the steel wire and strip material are joined precisely, producing uniform spiral-wound seams that maintain air-tightness across every meter of finished duct.

Programmable fixed-length cutting eliminates manual measurement and reduces scrap. The optional automatic compression module compacts finished ducts immediately after cutting, preparing them for packaging in a single continuous workflow and reducing labor at the end of the line.

Total power draw is just 3.9 kW (1.5 kW motor + 2.4 kW heating), keeping energy costs minimal during continuous production. The open-frame steel construction and accessible component layout simplify routine maintenance, mold swaps, and material reloading without specialized tools.
