Key Features

The WF Series delivers a flattening tolerance of ≤±0.01mm, producing flat wire with uniform thickness and width throughout the coil. This dimensional consistency is critical for downstream conduit forming operations where irregular wire causes jamming, uneven winding, or rejected product.

Rollers are manufactured from Cr12MoV cold-work tool steel, heat treated to HRC≥59°. This high-hardness material resists wear and surface deformation under continuous rolling loads, maintaining forming accuracy over long production campaigns and reducing roller replacement costs.

A Mitsubishi-brand frequency inverter drives the 3.0kW main motor across a 0–50Hz range, giving operators precise, stepless control over wire output speed. This allows the machine to be tuned for different wire gauges and downstream line speeds without mechanical gear changes.

The machine includes a wire payoff stand with 110kg bobbin capacity and an internal wire collection spool, creating a compact, self-contained production cell. A built-in straightening device conditions the wire before it enters the rollers, eliminating the need for a separate straightener station.

An automatic alarm system monitors wire feeding conditions, and an emergency stop function halts operation immediately when triggered. Yellow safety guards enclose the rolling section, preventing accidental contact with rotating components during production.
