Fitting Shaper BJQ-500

Unlike dedicated forming machines locked to one fitting type, the BJQ-500 handles bends, T-pieces, saddles, and reducers across 80–400 mm diameters. Adjustable forming rollers and dies let operators switch between jobs quickly, making it practical for shops that process small batches with frequent size changes.

The machine mounts rubber gaskets in 5 widths matched to the full diameter range, sealing every joint to minimize air loss. For HVAC contractors and duct manufacturers, this translates directly into lower system energy consumption and compliance with tighter duct leakage classifications.

Programmable logic control governs the forming sequence, gasket positioning, and rolled-edge finishing. Operators set parameters through an integrated HMI panel, reducing setup errors and ensuring each fitting meets dimensional tolerances without reliance on manual skill.

A 1,400 kg welded steel frame absorbs forming loads without deflection, while pneumatic cylinders handle clamping and shaping actions with consistent force. The 4.5 kW main drive is sized for continuous duty on galvanized, stainless, and aluminum stock without thermal overload.

Rated for galvanized steel up to 0.9 mm, stainless steel up to 0.8 mm, and aluminum, the BJQ-500 covers the three most common materials in duct fabrication. Voltage customization (standard 380V/50Hz/3-phase, other options on request) ensures compatibility with factory power systems worldwide.
