The combination of VFD-regulated spindle speed, linear ball guide rails, and an automatic stopper mechanism ensures each thread is formed to consistent length and pitch. Operators select the target speed for the pipe size and material; the machine handles feed rate and stopping point automatically, minimizing dimensional variation from part to part.
Pneumatic cutter feed/retreat and hydraulic workpiece clamping remove the two most physically demanding steps from the threading cycle. This reduces labor intensity significantly, shortens cycle times, and allows a single operator to manage production with less fatigue over a full shift.
The machine frame is constructed from heavy-gauge cast iron and steel, providing the mass and rigidity needed to suppress vibration during threading. The BO-50A weighs 1,300 kg and the BO-100A weighs 2,800 kg — weight that translates directly into stability, longer die life, and quieter operation.
The BO-50A handles pipes from 1/2″ through 2″, while the BO-100A covers 2-1/2″ through 4″. Together, they address the full spectrum of standard pipe threading for plumbing, mechanical, and industrial piping systems without requiring additional tooling machines.
Both models run on standard 220V power and include a separate hydraulic station (620×420×780 mm for BO-50A; 800×750×900 mm for BO-100A) that can be positioned for convenient access during maintenance. Integrated coolant and chip collection keeps the work area clean and extends die service intervals.
