Elbow Forming Machine DCP 1000

Economical elbow forming with integrated flanging and lock seam in one machine.

The DCP 1000 streamlines HVAC elbow production by combining forming, flanging, and lock seam operations in one compact machine. Designed for sheet metal fabricators requiring consistent output without multiple processing stations, it handles standard duct diameters up to 1000mm or 1500mm depending on model.

Overview Points

Three-In-One Processing

Forms elbows with integrated flanging and lock seam, eliminating separate processing equipment.

Wide Diameter Range

Handles 150-1000mm (SBWT-1000) or 150-1500mm (SBWT-1500) covering standard HVAC duct sizes.

Heavy Gauge Capability

Processes up to 1.2mm thick material (SBWT-1000) or 2.0mm (SBWT-1500) in galvanized/stainless steel.

Dual Work Stations

Two operating stations enable simultaneous processing or two-operator workflow for higher throughput.

Foot Pedal Control

Hands-free operation via foot pedal improves workpiece positioning accuracy and operator safety.

Standard Flange Compatibility

Supports both 5mm and 7mm flanged specifications for spiral duct connection requirements.

Consistent Speed Control

7 r/min forming speed across both models ensures uniform elbow quality piece after piece.

Mobile Workshop Setup

Caster-mounted frame allows easy repositioning without fixed installation or foundation work.

Key Features

The DCP 1000 combines elbow forming, flanging, and lock seam closure into a single machine. This eliminates the need for separate flanging equipment on the production line, reducing capital expenditure and floor space while shortening the workflow from flat segment to finished elbow.

Two independent work stations allow simultaneous processing of elbow segments. In practice, this means one operator can flange on one station while a second operator forms the lock seam on the other, effectively doubling output compared to single-station machines.

A foot-activated control switch lets operators keep both hands on the workpiece during forming. This improves alignment precision when positioning curved duct segments on the dies and reduces the risk of misfeeds or material slippage.

The SBWT-1000 model covers diameters from 150mm to 1000mm at up to 1.2mm thickness, while the SBWT-1500 extends the range to 1500mm diameter and 2.0mm thickness. This range covers the majority of commercial and industrial HVAC elbow requirements without needing multiple machines.

Mounted on heavy-duty casters, the machine can be wheeled to different positions in the shop as production layouts change. With a compact footprint of 2100×900×900mm (SBWT-1000) and low motor power consumption (2×1.5kW), it fits into existing workshops without major infrastructure modifications.

Technical Specifications
