The PLC-driven servo system continuously corrects feed position in real time, holding length accuracy to ±0.5 mm and diagonal accuracy to ±0.8 mm. This repeatability reduces rework and ensures duct sections fit together at the jobsite without shimming or forced alignment.
From uncoiling to folding, every step is sequenced without manual intervention. At 10 m/min and 1,000 m² per shift, the line replaces multiple standalone machines and the labor required to move material between them, lowering per-unit production cost significantly.
The line accepts galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum coil from 0.4 mm to 1.2 mm thick and up to 1,300 mm wide. Four independent hydraulic notching stations with dedicated dies let operators switch between TDF, TDC, and Pittsburgh lock profiles quickly, supporting mixed-order production.
Two powered feeding frames hold separate coils, so the next material is staged while the current coil runs out. This design cuts coil-change downtime roughly in half compared to single-spool systems, keeping the line productive across long shifts.
The notching, shearing, and folding stations all use hydraulic actuators sized for the full 1.2 mm capacity at rated speed. Hydraulic power delivers consistent force regardless of cycle speed, extending die and blade life compared to pneumatic or mechanical alternatives.
Technical Specifications
Line III consists of a decoiler, leveling & grooving rollers, hydraulic notching & punching machine, hydraulic shearer and hydraulic folder. The electrical control system uses a computer with a closed-loop servo-system to increase the precision and reliability of the line.

All NTBOBO machines come with a 1-year warranty from the date of Bill of Lading. Our engineering team provides 24-hour technical support throughout the warranty period.
We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
Standard delivery is within 10-35 working days after receiving the down payment, depending on the machine model and customization requirements.
