The CNC control system manages every feed, notch, and cut with ±0.5mm accuracy, ensuring repeatable duct dimensions across long production runs. Software handles duct blank programming in English, letting operators input job parameters and switch between duct sizes without mechanical adjustment.
From coil decoiling through leveling, grooving, notching, shearing, Pittsburgh lock forming, TDF flange making, and final folding — every step happens on one continuous line. This eliminates the forklift moves, staging areas, and handling damage associated with separate standalone machines.
The line produces both two-piece and wrap-style rectangular duct blanks with no minimum cut length or notch spacing. Duplex lock and flange stations handle Pittsburgh and TDF connections inline, so each blank exits the line ready for final assembly.
Automated feeding, processing, and discharge allow one trained operator to run the full line at 8m/min forming speed. This directly reduces per-duct labor cost while maintaining output volumes that serve commercial HVAC contractors and duct fabrication shops.
The hydraulic notching and shearing systems, heavy-duty roll forming stations, and 20-ton steel frame are engineered for sustained daily operation. The line handles coil stock up to 1550mm wide and 1.2mm thick, covering standard and heavy-gauge duct requirements without overloading the drive system’s 25KW capacity.

The DUCT MANUFACTURE AUTO-LINE is the basic machine needed for a duct shop, whether used as a stand-alone machine to produce duct blanks or as the heart of a Sheet Metal Forming line.
The AUTO-LINE IV has the capacity to remove coil set, bead, and notch for two-piece or wrap duct, and cut off in a feed-to-stop shearing process. There is no minimum cut length or minimum on notch spacing.
PC-based controls ensure consistent quality of leg lengths and feeds. Single operator needed.
AUTO-LINE IV consists of a feeding metal frame, leveler grooving roll, hydraulic notch and punch machine, shearer, movable Pittsburgh lock machine, duplex trans-verse duct flange machine, tdF folder and CNC control system. We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
