Key Features
The 360° rotary cutting head works with a three-part clamping die and dual-point grip to sever tubes without generating chips or deforming the tube wall. This preserves concentricity and roundness, ensuring clean ends that meet brazing and flare-fitting quality requirements without post-cut processing.
Each of the two processing stations is powered by its own servo motor and individually programmed through the PLC/HMI interface. Operators can run different cut lengths or feed speeds on each station simultaneously, enabling mixed-order production or doubling output when running identical parts.
Nylon-coated straightening rollers and a U-shape rubber belt feeding system transport tubes through the machine without marking soft copper or aluminum surfaces. This is essential for pre-insulated air-conditioning lines where surface defects can compromise insulation adhesion or finished product appearance.
The machine feeds insulation foam sleeves directly onto tubes as part of the cutting cycle, replacing a manual operation that typically requires a dedicated worker. Combined with optional coil payoff stands, the system forms a continuous line from raw coil to finished insulated, cut-to-length tube.
The servo-driven PLC system maintains ±0.5 mm/m cutting tolerance at sustained 10-cycle-per-minute throughput. NTBOBO provides operator training at the factory, optional on-site installation by experienced technicians, and a one-year warranty with replacement parts supplied at no charge for manufacturing defects.
