The machine uses two wire bobbins simultaneously, each supported by its own differential mechanism and independent brake. This configuration balances wire tension on both sides throughout the winding cycle, producing casing conduit with uniform pitch and consistent wall integrity — critical for smooth cable movement inside the finished sheath.

A Mitsubishi inverter regulates the 3.75 kW main motor from 0 to 50 Hz, giving operators fine control over forming speed. The Omron PLC stores and recalls run parameters, reducing setup time when switching between product sizes within the 9–13 mm OD range. Digital displays on the control panel provide real-time feedback on motor speed and feed status.

The wire and inner hose feeding system operates in both manual and automatic modes. In automatic mode, the machine sustains uninterrupted production. If wire or inner hose feed is interrupted, the auto-alarm triggers and the emergency stop engages immediately — preventing scrap, protecting tooling, and safeguarding operators.

An integrated electric crane with 120 kg capacity lifts heavy wire bobbins into position without a forklift or overhead hoist. This reduces changeover time and lowers the physical demands on operators, particularly in facilities running multiple shifts.

The 1,780 kg steel frame absorbs vibration and maintains alignment during continuous operation. Japanese-sourced bearings and imported conveyor belts minimize wear-related maintenance, supporting high uptime and predictable production scheduling in volume manufacturing environments.
