A 1 kW servo motor governs workpiece rotation across a wide 70–2,900 r/min range. Operators can dial in the exact speed required for each product — slow passes for mirror-finish stainless steel, faster rotation for matte aluminum — ensuring consistent surface quality batch after batch.
The machine uses standard 50 m × 25 mm abrasive belts that can be replaced at any time without specialized tooling. Switching between grit levels for rough grinding, fine polishing, or buffing takes minutes rather than a shift change, keeping production moving.
At 1.5 tons, the machine provides the rigidity needed to absorb vibration during aggressive material removal. The enclosed base cabinet contains debris and reduces noise, while pneumatic cylinders maintain consistent contact pressure between the belt and workpiece surface.
A touchscreen control panel centralizes all parameter adjustments — rotation speed, polishing duration, and pressure settings. A multi-color status light tower signals machine state at a glance, allowing a single operator to monitor multiple units across the finishing line.
