Disposable Shoe Cover Making Machine

The integrated roll-feed system unwinds non-woven fabric, cuts, shapes, inserts elastic, and ultrasonically welds finished shoe covers at speeds up to 160 pieces per minute. This eliminates manual folding and stitching, allowing a single operator to manage the entire line.

Shoe cover length adjusts from 360 mm to 500 mm and width from 150 mm to 250 mm, covering standard adult sizes as well as oversized industrial boot covers. Changeovers are handled through mechanical adjustment rather than mould replacement, minimizing downtime.

Adjustable ultrasonic welding parameters let operators fine-tune seal strength and width for different fabric weights (15–50 g/m²). The result is a uniform, leak-resistant seam that holds up during use without delamination.

At only 3 kW on a 380 V supply, the machine draws a fraction of the power used by comparable converting equipment. Its 2200 × 600 mm footprint means it can be placed alongside existing packaging or filling lines without facility modification.

All surfaces that contact the fabric are chrome-plated; external panels are aluminum alloy. This combination resists wear and corrosion while meeting cleanliness standards required by medical, pharmaceutical, and food-processing supply environments.
