Key Features

The vertical direct-pressure mold clamping mechanism delivers even force across the entire platen surface, maintaining high parallelism throughout the stroke. This eliminates flash and dimensional variation on molded filter end caps, frames, and housing components — reducing reject rates and secondary finishing.

The 180° alternating disc separates the injection zone from the operator zone, so insert placement and part removal happen simultaneously with the molding cycle. Upgrading to 3 or 4 stations further compresses cycle times and enables multi-step overmolding or insert-heavy processes without additional machines.

A servo-controlled main hydraulic system draws power only on demand, cutting electricity use significantly versus fixed-displacement pumps. Lower heat generation also means less hydraulic oil degradation and reduced cooling requirements, translating to lower operating costs over the machine’s lifespan.

The multi-function industrial computer handles recipe storage, real-time parameter monitoring, and alarm logging. Network connectivity allows production managers to track cycle data, diagnose faults, and adjust settings remotely — a practical advantage for multi-machine facilities or factories running lights-out shifts.
