The integrated injection cylinder delivers 14 KN of force through a 55 mm stroke, producing zinc alloy castings up to 100 g with tight dimensional consistency. Electronic mold-position detection further ensures each cycle closes to the same point, reducing flash and scrap rates.

A diagonal five-point toggle mechanism cast from ductile iron provides 120 KN of locking force with high rigidity and long service life. High-strength alloy tie bars with hard chromium plating resist wear across hundreds of thousands of cycles, while the thickened ductile iron platen absorbs stress evenly to prevent distortion.

The 70 kg zinc-capacity crucible is heated by a 7.5 KW electric heating tube and a 1 KW heating ring, engineered for low thermal loss. The improved furnace structure uses advanced insulating materials to maintain stable melt temperature while consuming less power than conventional designs.

A PLC with text-based screen interface lets operators configure injection timing, clamping stroke, mold height, and alarm parameters without specialized programming knowledge. Real-time alarm messaging identifies faults quickly, reducing troubleshooting time and keeping production on schedule.

The mold closing protection system prevents operator injury and die damage during each cycle. A central automatic lubrication system dispenses precise, timed amounts of lubricant to all critical points and monitors delivery status, eliminating manual greasing and reducing the risk of bearing or bushing failure.
