The 3-axis CNC system with HMI touch panel governs needle positioning, filament insertion depth, and base indexing with repeatable accuracy. This ensures uniform tuft density and filament length (up to 40 mm outside the hole) across every brush produced, reducing rejects and post-production trimming.
At 4–6 needles per second, the machine maintains production-grade speed while consuming only 0.37 KW — a fraction of the power used by comparable tufting equipment. For factories running multiple units or extended shifts, the cumulative energy savings are substantial.
The tufting head accepts PP, PET, nylon, animal hair, and plant fiber filaments into plastic brush bases with 2–4 mm holes. Operators can switch between cylinder comb and rib comb configurations using the 250×200 mm mold fixture, consolidating what would otherwise require separate dedicated machines.
Emergency stop buttons, clearly marked warning labels, and an intuitive HMI panel allow operators to set up, monitor, and adjust production runs with minimal training. The semi-automatic mode supports small-batch or prototype runs, while the dual-fixture automatic mode maximizes output for volume orders.
