The concentric design places two low-speed stirring shafts and one high-speed emulsifying shaft on a single centerline, enabling simultaneous frame agitation, paddle mixing, and rotor-stator homogenization. The PTFE wall scraper continuously sweeps the pot wall to prevent material buildup, generate fresh interfaces, and maximize heat transfer — eliminating dead zones that cause inconsistent particle size in finished products.
Emulsification occurs under full vacuum, which removes air bubbles from the product, prevents oxidation of sensitive ingredients, and blocks dust and microbial ingress. Vacuum power is provided by a dedicated 1.5 kW pump, and the sealed system supports direct suction feeding from auxiliary tanks, minimizing open-air material handling throughout the batch cycle.
Six electric heating tubes (12 kW total) in the sandwich pot deliver controllable, uniform heating with user-settable temperature and automatic regulation. Both the stirrer (0–80 rpm) and the homogenizer (0–2,860 rpm) use frequency inverters with digital displays for stepless speed adjustment, giving operators precise control over shear rate and mixing intensity for each formulation stage.
The lid-raise interlock prevents stirring activation when the pot is open. Overload protection automatically shuts down the stirring and dispersing motors during overcurrent or grid overvoltage events. A pressure-relief system on the pot interlayer exhausts steam if jacket pressure exceeds the set limit. An emergency stop button and clearly posted safety signs on the equipment frame and electrical box provide additional protection.
Raw materials are vacuum-drawn from water and oil phase tanks directly into the emulsification pot, reducing labor and contamination risk. Finished product discharge is available through a bottom valve — by gravity, pressurized air, or pump — or by tilting the pot body for high-viscosity batches. The 1.5 kW hydraulic lift mechanism handles lid positioning, and the integrated stainless-steel platform with stairs provides stable, comfortable access for loading, sampling, and cleaning.
