Key Features

The comma roll metering system maintains consistent coating thickness across the full 1320mm web width, handling both water-based and solvent-based adhesives. This ensures uniform bonding layers on delicate copper foil and PET film substrates without over-application or dry spots.

A 28-meter oven divided into seven independently controlled 4-meter temperature zones ramps from 50°C up to 180°C with ±2°C accuracy. Graduated heating prevents thermal shock to thin foils while guaranteeing complete solvent removal, critical for downstream lamination and electronic-grade surface quality.

Automatic flip double-station unwinding and center rewinding allow operators to load new substrate rolls without stopping the line. Combined with a dual-row roller storage accumulator and servo-driven slitting unit, the system supports uninterrupted production runs with minimal manual intervention.

Line speed is adjustable from 3 to 8 m/min in 0.05 m increments via the speed control unit, giving operators direct control over coating weight and drying time. Edge alignment stays within ±1.0mm, producing tightly wound output rolls ready for precision slitting or direct use.

External stainless steel electric heating tubes paired with centrifugal fan hot-air recirculation deliver consistent zone temperatures while keeping actual power draw to roughly 30–50% of the 320kW installed capacity during normal production, reducing per-unit energy costs on long coating runs.
