Key Features

The 5.5 kW auxiliary motor uses a frequency converter to regulate feeding speed independently of the main drive. Operators set the desired bar length from the control panel, and the system feeds and cuts automatically — no manual measurement or repositioning between cuts.

The machine feeds and shears two copper bars simultaneously, effectively doubling output per cutting cycle. For facilities processing large volumes of copper bar stock, this directly reduces machine time and labor cost per unit.
