Three separate patents cover the servo bending system (ZL 2011 1 0092227.X), bending tooling (ZL 2011 2 0107426.9), and grouped-tube bending structure (ZL 2009 2 0013741.8). Together, these ensure accurate bending angles, consistent radius control, and minimal tube deformation — even when forming multiple tubes simultaneously.
With up to 110 bends per cycle and feeding lengths of up to 700 mm per stroke (repeatable up to 3 times), the machine completes complex serpentine shapes in a single clamping. This eliminates repeated loading and significantly increases daily output compared to manual bending methods.
The bender handles both copper and aluminum tubes ranging from Φ3 mm to Φ12 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.5 to 1.0 mm. Adjustable bending radius (R15–R35) and angle (1°–180°) settings let operators switch between condenser, evaporator, and other heat exchanger tube profiles without mechanical retrofitting.
The DELTA PLC and TAIAN touchscreen interface let operators program bending sequences, monitor cycle status, and adjust parameters on-screen. Stored programs reduce setup time for repeat orders, while the servo drive system ensures repeatable positioning accuracy across production runs.
The 2,500 kg welded steel frame with powder-coated finish resists workshop wear. Key motion components — HWIN precision screws, ELESY servo motors, and Schneider contactors — are rated for continuous industrial duty. The enclosed electrical cabinet protects control components from dust and debris common in tube fabrication environments.
