The digital AC servo motor provides infinitely variable spindle speed, while the CNC system coordinates X and Z axes at a pulse equivalent of 0.001 mm. This delivers 0.01 mm positioning accuracy and 0.02 mm repeatability — critical for producing cylinder bottoms that meet strict pressure vessel dimensional standards.
The proprietary box-type turret enables bottom closing and end shrinking without a core mold, significantly reducing changeover time between production runs. When tighter tolerances or wall thickening are required, a core mold can be installed to achieve more controlled material distribution at the closure point.
Three models cover blank diameters from 200 mm to 500 mm and stainless steel wall thicknesses from 3 mm to 8 mm. This range allows a single platform to serve fire extinguisher, hydraulic cylinder, LNG tank, and pressure vessel production without investing in separate equipment for each size class.
The tie rod chuck on the rotary cylinder offers quick, tool-free clamping force adjustment, enabling fast transitions between different workpiece sizes. A hand wheel is included for manual positioning during setup, and automatic spray lubrication keeps the forming zone properly cooled with minimal operator attention.
Stroke protection prevents tooling damage from programming errors or material inconsistencies. Centralized automatic refueling ensures consistent lubrication across all moving components, reducing unplanned maintenance and keeping the machine available for multi-shift operation.
