Circle Plate Cutting Machine(HD-B-47)

The HD-B-47 cuts both the outer disc and inner hole in a single clamping cycle. This eliminates the need to reposition or re-clamp the sheet, cutting production time roughly in half compared to two-step processes and improving concentricity between inner and outer diameters.

Air-powered pressing holds the plate firmly against the bed throughout the entire cut. Unlike manual clamping, pneumatic force remains uniform regardless of operator strength, which translates to cleaner edges, fewer rejected blanks, and reduced physical strain during high-volume shifts.

With a 4mm maximum thickness capacity and 1500mm maximum diameter, this machine covers a broad spectrum of circular blank requirements — from small flanges and covers to large tank ends — without needing a second, larger machine on the shop floor.

The frame is fabricated from heavy steel plate with a durable powder-coated finish. Combined with a straightforward mechanical layout, this design minimizes deflection under load and keeps maintenance intervals long, reducing both downtime and spare parts costs.

At 2200×600×1300mm and 450kg, the machine occupies minimal floor space while remaining heavy enough to absorb vibration. A 380V power supply matches standard industrial wiring, and a simple control panel allows operators to start production with minimal training.
