The centrifuge drum’s polished inner surface, combined with selectable scraper systems — silk screen, wear-resistant, and copier — produces elastomer films from 1 to 20 mm with uniform thickness and a high surface finish, minimizing post-processing and material waste.

A hot air circulating electric heating system with automatic temperature control holds the drum at 100–150°C within ±5°C. This tight tolerance is essential because temperature variation directly affects elastomer hardness and mechanical properties; consistent heat means consistent product quality.

The frequency-controlled motor adjusts roller speed between 300 and 800 rpm, allowing operators to fine-tune centrifugal force for different formulations and film thicknesses. Axial runout is held to ≤0.05 mm, ensuring the liquid polyurethane distributes evenly before first vulcanization begins.

Three standard configurations — LCZ-700 (Φ700×480 mm drum, 7.5 kW drive), LCZ-1300 (Φ1300×550 mm, 15 kW), and LCZ-1450 (Φ1450×1200 mm, 15 kW) — cover film sizes from 2,000×480 mm up to 4,500×1,200 mm, fitting both small-batch and high-volume production lines.

The enclosed steel housing with insulated lining retains heat efficiently and protects operators from the rotating drum. Heavy-duty door latches secure the access panel during operation, and the integrated base frame absorbs vibration for stable, long-term use.
