Key Features

The main unit headstock connects to the tailstock through a bridge board, forming a closed-frame structure that resists distortion under the full 300 KN working pressure. Imported bearings and oil-splash lubrication on the main spindle keep rotating plate radial and end runout within 0.01 mm. This level of control ensures uniform flash removal and consistent ball geometry — critical for downstream grinding, lapping, or direct use in bearing assemblies.

Frequency-conversion drives on both the main spindle and the feeding plate give operators stepless speed adjustment across the full range. The hydraulic system uses an accumulator to maintain constant pressure throughout each cycle, preventing force spikes that could damage ball surfaces or tooling.

A PC-based control system manages the entire flashing cycle. A ball-pile sensor at the inlet detects material buildup and adjusts feed rate, while an automatic stop device protects the spindle from overload. These features reduce manual monitoring and protect against costly downtime.

The machine accepts resin grinding wheels as an alternative to traditional lapping plates, allowing operators to switch between flashing and rough grinding without changing equipment.
