C&S Cleat Auto Duct Line

The line integrates C-cleat and S-cleat forming directly into the production sequence. Duct panels exit the machine ready for assembly — no secondary cleat-making equipment, no manual fitting, and no bottleneck between forming and joining operations.

At 18m/min line speed with material capacity up to 1.2mm, the machine maintains consistent dimensional accuracy across notching, forming, and shearing stations. Roller-based feeding ensures uniform material tension throughout the process, preventing distortion or edge waviness on finished panels.

Designed for 8-ton coils up to 1250mm wide, the uncoiler and leveling section minimize downtime from coil changes. Operators can run extended production batches — particularly valuable when fulfilling large-scale ductwork contracts with tight delivery schedules.

The centralized digital control panel allows operators to program duct lengths, quantities, and profile types without manual adjustment at each station. Changeover between different duct sizes requires minimal tooling intervention, keeping non-productive time to a minimum.

The painted steel frame, hardened forming rollers, and enclosed cabinet design are built for continuous factory-floor operation. At 7 tons, the machine provides the rigidity needed to maintain forming accuracy under sustained high-speed production loads.
