Key Features

Every forming axis is independently driven by a dedicated servo motor and planetary reducer — no mechanical cams, no cam-change downtime. This architecture lets operators switch between spring types through software alone, cutting changeover from hours to minutes and making short production runs economically viable.

Five models span Φ0.2 mm to Φ8.0 mm wire, addressing everything from micro-springs for electronics to heavy-gauge springs for automotive and industrial applications. Wire feed length is unlimited, and the 0.01 mm minimum feed increment ensures repeatable coil pitch and body length regardless of wire size.

Feed speeds up to 120 m/min (model-dependent) sustain high output rates, while three built-in probes continuously verify spring dimensions during forming. Defective parts are detected immediately, protecting downstream quality and reducing scrap costs.

With storage for over 2,000 programs, returning to a previous job requires only a few keystrokes. Standardized quill design and a revised connecting-bar adjustment system further accelerate tool installation and trial runs, so the machine spends more time producing parts than being set up.

Machine weight ranges from 2,800 kg to 5,600 kg depending on model, providing a rigid platform that absorbs forming forces without vibration-induced tolerance drift. Standardized guide rails on every axis maintain long-term positional accuracy and keep maintenance intervals predictable.
