Twin vibratory bowl feeders orient and deliver copper lugs and insulating sheaths along precision guide rails to the assembly point. Operators only need to replenish bulk hoppers, eliminating repetitive manual positioning and significantly raising throughput consistency.
A Mikom PLC paired with an HMI touchscreen manages the full assembly sequence — feeding, indexing, pressing, and discharge. Photoelectric sensors verify component presence at each stage, and the system halts with an audible alarm whenever an anomaly is detected, preventing defective output from continuing down the line.
Rated at 120–180 pieces per minute, the machine maintains tight cycle-time tolerances through SMC pneumatic actuators and a Fokson splitter that synchronize lug-to-sheath alignment under consistent 0.4 MPa air pressure. An Euradrives frequency converter allows fine-tuning of feeder vibration speed to match varying component geometries.
At just 1200 × 600 mm in plan, the unit fits beside wire cutting or crimping stations without rearranging the factory floor. The robust painted-steel base and stainless-steel feeder bowls withstand continuous shift operation in industrial environments.
NTBOBO backs each machine with a one-year warranty covering defective parts at no charge. Free operator training is available at the Nantong facility, and field technicians can be dispatched for overseas installation and commissioning.

This machine is mainly used for automatic conveying, positioning, assembling of copper cable lugs and sheaths. The machine adopts vibrating disc. There is no need manual feeding.
We offer free training here in China. Also we can send technicians oversea for whole line installation and training. The relevant cost including Visa, insurance, round flight ticket, labor cost and accommodation should be borne by buyer
The guarantee period is one year since the date B/L. During this period, we will offer free parts for changing if machine quality problem. Also the spare parts can be offered in original cost after that. The freight for part sending will be paid by buyer.
