The machine maintains ±0.2° repeat positioning accuracy over a full 195° rotary bending arc. This level of consistency is critical for serpentine coils where cumulative angle error across dozens of bends can cause misalignment in boiler headers and tube sheets.

An integrated feeding device handles tube stock from 12 to 100 meters, enabling uninterrupted serpentine forming without stopping to reload material. This reduces cycle time and eliminates weld joints that would otherwise create weak points in pressure-rated assemblies.

Supporting tube diameters from Ф32 to Ф76 mm and wall thicknesses up to 12.7 mm, the machine covers the most common tube specifications found in industrial boilers, waste heat recovery units, and chemical process equipment. The R/D ratio down to 1.1 allows tight bends that maximize heat transfer surface area within limited installation space.
