Key Features

The continuous die performs cutting, drawing, and piercing in a single stroke sequence, producing finished cable end caps that require no secondary trimming or deburring. This eliminates downstream labor and scrap associated with conventional multi-stage stamping.

A rigid rotary key clutch paired with a flywheel-driven crankshaft delivers 105–130 strokes per minute with minimal vibration and noise. The mechanical design reduces wear on tooling and bearings, extending service intervals and lowering maintenance costs over long production runs.

The integrated feeding device pulls copper or aluminum strip directly from the coil rack and indexes it precisely into the die on every stroke. Operators only need to load new coils, freeing them to monitor quality or tend multiple machines simultaneously.

The cast-iron C-frame provides high rigidity under the full 160 kN nominal force while keeping the working area open on three sides for easy die access, part ejection, and visual inspection during operation.

With a 1.5 kW motor, straightforward belt-drive power transmission, and a 55 mm die height adjustment range, the machine is designed for rapid setup and low-skill maintenance. Replacement parts — belts, clutch components, lubrication points — are all readily accessible without major disassembly.
