Key Features

Precision-machined rollers maintain uniform bead depth and spacing across the entire 1500 mm working width. This uniformity ensures every duct panel meets the same structural rigidity standard, reducing rework and rejected panels.

At 12 m/min feed speed with up to 5 simultaneous beads, the machine processes large volumes of duct panels in a single shift. The powered roller drive eliminates operator fatigue and maintains a steady output rate throughout continuous runs.

Top-mounted handwheels allow operators to adjust roller pressure and bead depth without stopping the line or using separate tools. Switching between material gauges — from 0.5 mm to 1.2 mm galvanized steel — takes minutes, not hours.

The frame is built from welded C-channel steel and finished with powder-coated paint for corrosion resistance. At 890 kg, the machine absorbs forming forces without shifting, and the integrated gearbox is designed for years of daily operation with standard lubrication maintenance.

The 2000 × 1000 × 1200 mm footprint allows the beading machine to be positioned inline between shearing and flange-forming stations. A single 3 kW / 380 V connection is all that is needed — no hydraulic supply or compressed air required.
