Key Features

This spinning machine consolidates four core fan-component processes — housing flanging, inlet throat forming, front disc shaping, and air inlet flow forming — into one unit. Manufacturers can produce a full range of axial and centrifugal fan parts without switching between dedicated machines.

Unlike hydraulic press forming, the roller applies force point by point as the workpiece rotates, spreading deformation gradually across the entire surface. This results in lower residual stress, reduced material thinning, and a visibly smoother finish on the finished component.

Traditional press-formed fan flanges require matched male and female dies for every diameter. The spinning process uses a single mandrel mould per profile, and NTBOBO maintains over 300 moulds in stock, enabling fast setup for both standard and custom fan sizes.

The compact structure integrates a turnover worktable, adjustable clamping system, and variable speed drive into an accessible layout. Operators can load sheet blanks, secure them, and begin forming with minimal repositioning — keeping cycle times short and reducing physical strain.

A heavy-duty fabricated steel frame, gear-driven decelerator, and robust spinning roller assembly are engineered for sustained daily operation. At 2400kg, the machine provides the rigidity needed to maintain dimensional accuracy across long production runs without vibration-induced drift.

The spinning machine designed with compact structure, easy for installation. The main structure is composed from variable speed power system, spinning force system, work piece adjusting system and mould. The spinning device includes spinning roller, forming roller, turnover worktable, clamping system and decelerator.

Operation And Feature

Fix the sheet material on the mould of spinning machine, clamp the work piece above worktable, start the spinning machine rotate the sheet material and mould together, force feeding by roller, to make the sheet material close to the mould to get local deformation point by point. With continuous rotating forming, the deformation extends to all the surface of work piece to get the final product. With rotary spinning, we can save the mould cost for traditional hydraulic press forming, and improve the product quality with less tension, better smooth and high productivity.
