A Delta PLC paired with a Kunlun HMI touchscreen allows operators to input exact product dimensions — outer diameter (up to 1,200 mm or customized), inner diameter (from 300 mm or customized), and width — so the machine automatically adapts its wrapping cycle. On-screen fault diagnostics reduce troubleshooting time and keep production moving.

Independent Zhongcheng frequency inverters control both ring rotation (0–60 r/min) and roller conveyor speed (2–6 m/min). This separation lets operators fine-tune wrap overlap and film tension independently, producing tight, consistent packages whether wrapping lightweight rubber hose or heavy steel wire coils.

Support rollers handle loads up to 1,000 kg and are coated with high-pressure-resistant material to prevent scratching or marking finished products. The vertical wrapping format means products sit naturally on the rollers, eliminating the need for complex fixtures or repositioning between cycles.

Schneider contactors, circuit breakers, fuses (MRO), and emergency stop switches form the safety backbone. Autonics proximity switches ensure accurate position detection throughout the wrapping cycle, while GPG conveyor motors deliver reliable, maintenance-friendly roller drive performance.

At just 2.2 kW on a single-phase 220V supply, the machine runs efficiently across full production shifts. Automatic wrapping cycles replace manual labor, reducing both headcount and per-unit packaging cost while improving wrap consistency across every product.
