Key Features

This machine consolidates wire rope uncoiling, precision cutting, small chuck riveting, pull-off force testing, and length inspection into a single automated line. By removing manual handling between separate stations, it reduces staffing requirements and eliminates inter-process quality variation.

Each finished piece exits in 3.5 seconds. The synchronized travel mechanism ensures every workpiece advances through cutting, riveting, and inspection stations with consistent positional accuracy, holding length tolerances to ±1 mm and exposed rope length to 1 mm ± 0.5.

Operators select wire rope model and length from stored programs on the touchscreen interface — no manual recalibration required. All detection data, including pull-off force and dimensional measurements, is recorded automatically, supporting production traceability and equipment fault diagnostics.

An 8-tonne riveting force with a 12 mm pressurization stroke delivers reliable chuck crimps on 1.5 mm diameter wire rope (custom diameters available). The 3,200 N shear force produces clean, burr-free cuts that require no secondary finishing.

Full safety enclosures with mesh guarding, emergency stops at accessible positions, and dedicated maintenance doors allow technicians to reach internal components quickly during changeover or servicing without dismantling protective structures.
