Key Features

The machine completes both internal and external chamfering — plus deburring — in one clamping operation. This eliminates the need for a separate finishing step, reducing handling time and ensuring concentricity between the chamfer and the tube bore.

Precision-ground clamping dies align the workpiece centerline to the saw plate, so each chamfer is cut uniformly around the full circumference. The result is a consistent bevel angle that meets fit-up requirements for welded, brazed, or press-fit joints.

With an outer diameter range of Φ6–Φ60 mm for pipes and Φ2–Φ18 mm for solid bars, the machine handles copper, aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, iron, plastic, and nylon. Minimum processing length is 35 mm, accommodating short cut-to-length components common in HVAC and automotive sub-assemblies.

A Ruentex air cylinder drives the clamping and blade advance/retract sequence automatically. Combined with a 1.1 kW Guanshun motor and NTN bearings on the spindle, the drive train delivers stable cutting force at 3–5 second cycle times over continuous shift operation.

Standardized saw blades and a modular mould design allow fast tooling swaps between tube sizes. The touchscreen HMI stores job recipes, so repeat orders can be recalled and started without re-measuring or trial cuts.
