Automatic Peeling Machine

The ARM-based high-speed processor governs blade position and depth to deliver clean full-strip and half-strip results across a 1–30 mm² conductor range. Programmable front and rear peel lengths — up to 1,500 mm and 500 mm respectively — let you handle everything from short jumper leads to long appliance harnesses without re-tooling.

Unlike roller-pinch feeders that can emboss or mark soft PVC sheaths, the belt-type feeding mechanism distributes contact pressure evenly across the cable surface. This preserves the cosmetic and dielectric integrity of finished wires, which is essential when cables are visible in end products or must pass insulation testing.

At up to 2,000 cuts per hour, the machine significantly reduces labor per unit on high-volume production runs. The touchscreen stores hundreds of job recipes — wire gauge, cut length, strip length, strip type — so switching from one SKU to the next takes seconds, not minutes.

Imported high-speed steel blades are fine-ground to resist adhesion from PVC residue and maintain edge sharpness across a wide gauge range. One blade set handles both small and large wires, cutting spare-parts inventory and unplanned downtime.

The machine’s workbench stands at a comfortable working height with a transparent polycarbonate cover that gives full process visibility while keeping hands clear of moving blades. An emergency stop button is positioned within immediate reach, and carrying handles allow easy repositioning on the shop floor.
