Both the feeding axis and the infeed axis are driven by dedicated 750W servo motors, eliminating the backlash and drift associated with pneumatic or hydraulic feed systems. This architecture delivers ±0.1mm sawing accuracy across the full cutting range of φ1mm to φ30mm tubes and profiles, cut after cut.

The PLC control system accepts programmable cut lengths from 3mm to 600mm, with adjustable cutting speed and feed rate per material type. Operators can store and recall job recipes, reducing setup time when switching between stainless steel, copper, aluminum, or iron workpieces.

A built-in 90W coolant pump delivers continuous fluid to the cutting zone, reducing thermal distortion and extending saw blade service intervals. The dedicated collection tray beneath the cutting enclosure captures coolant and metal chips, keeping the work area clean and simplifying end-of-shift maintenance.

The saw blade operates inside a fully enclosed chamber with a transparent polycarbonate window, giving operators clear sightlines without exposure to rotating blades, flying chips, or coolant mist. Pneumatic clamping at 0.6–0.8 MPa locks the workpiece before the blade engages, preventing movement during the cut cycle.

At 1900mm × 1100mm × 1600mm and approximately 400kg, the KWD-200 is sized for integration into tube processing lines, fabrication cells, or standalone workshop use. The under-machine storage cabinet provides organized space for spare blades, tooling, and accessories without occupying additional floor area.
