Key Features

A servo motor with reduction gearbox delivers ±360° rotary positioning at ±0.01 mm accuracy, ensuring every copper elbow fitting meets exact dimensional specifications without manual correction. Mitsubishi PLC coordinates all axes for repeatable motion control cycle after cycle.

The machine combines vibratory bowl feeding, turntable pickup and transfer, hydraulic forming, flattening, bevelling, and automatic unloading into one continuous 8-second cycle. This eliminates inter-station transfers, reduces floor space requirements, and removes manual labor from the production loop.

A 100 kN main cylinder and dual 37 kN side extrusion cylinders provide the force profile needed to shape and flatten copper elbows from 6.35 mm to 12.7 mm. The 150 mm slider stroke and 300 mm maximum opening accommodate the full range of fitting geometries without tooling compromises.

The Weilun HMI touchscreen allows operators to switch between jog and automatic modes, adjust process parameters, and monitor real-time system status. Individual cylinder testing in jog mode simplifies setup and troubleshooting before committing to full-speed production.

Overtravel limit switches, safety cover interlocks, overload detection, and workpiece misalignment sensors are wired directly into the PLC control logic. Emergency stop halts all motion instantly. Main seals from European and American brands and Schneider AC contactors support long-term operational reliability under continuous industrial use.
